“In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.” (Ecclesiastes 11:6)
I recently was blessed to be taught a Spanish song by a precious group of saints here in Virginia. I know a tiny bit of Spanish and could translate a few of the lyrics, but I discerned a greater spirit. As I sung the message drew me. I asked that the song be translated and found that the message is our commission in its purest form.
With God's help, I will sow the precious seed
Of the glorious gospel of His Love
I will sow, I will sow while I'm able
And will leave the increase to the Lord
Chorus
I will sow, I will sow
The seed of Love while I can
I will plant, I will plant
Til you find me at the home of the Lord
As we walk this earth we are called to be the messengers of The Gospel. We will sow the seeds of the greatest story ever told to make the greatest difference in lives everywhere. What more can we do? Be a faithful servant everyday, in every situation, to everyone. There is nothing any more precious than the Love of our Savior!
